A one stop service provider for our clients is our business model.   To provide clients with sales representation (buyer or seller) and property management services all from the same office.

Who We Are

Marc Lonnstrom (R), CCIM, MBA started his real estate career as a commercial property manager for Colliers Monroe Friedlander in 2001.  In addition to the daily property management duties of managing vendors and insuring legal compliance of tenants for seven commercial properties, part of the commercial real estate experience was preparing monthly financial statements, annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations for the owners of these commercial properties.  In 2003 Marc moved to Grubb & Ellis|CBI and was involved in commercial leasing, commercial sales, and residential sales.  In 2005, Marc moved to RE/MAX Honolulu to capitalized on his knowledge in commercial and residential sales by assisting clients involved in both types of real estate investments and property management.  In 2009 Marc started Home Net Connections to provide owners the flexibility of additional services at a reduced cost. 

Marc focuses on providing knowledge and experience to his investment clientele by continuing to educate himself and stays current on market/rent conditions.  In addition to his MBA, he has completed his CCIM designation for commercial/residential investment real estate, has obtained his Brokers license from the State of Hawaii, and is a member of the NARPM to stay current on latest property management issues and practices.
